The Trucks hand over ceremony was held together with 2003 and 2004 on July30,2003 at Lanexang Hotel in Vientiane Capital.

The number of trucks was donated in 2005 are 11Unites ( truck2.5 ton: 8, water tank truck: 3)
The hand over ceremony was held on April25, 2005 at Mekong restaurant Vientiane Capital.
